I agree, bank loan officers want originality and experience in business plan proposals, if you need some guidance look at the Excel worksheets on business plans but these are just templates and detailed past history in the industry, projections need to be done.

Very nice Arnold, first of all you must have the whole vision of the business and make a writing plan to present to others investors (even Banks) but in this plan is a good think to make previsions and numbers.
