Free enterprise is where buyers and sellers of their own free will come together in trade through a common monetary instrument. Regulatory bodies such as the Federal Trade Commission are completely oblivious to free markets and free enterprise whenb it comes to franchising. If a franchisor is forced to offer or send out information of an offer to a “prospective buyer” that he is unsure that he even wants to do business with, then in fact it is not free enterprise. It is forced enterprise. When Government is forcing one party against their will to do business with another party whom they are not sure about, that is not free enterprise, actually it is not even close.

Hi, I train 3 days per week, alternating upper and lower body. I never tain for longer than 1 hour. I train to maximum intensity until I reach both positive and negative failure on the last set. I usually perform 4/5 exercises per session and 4 sets per exercise. My question is that I do not get that muscle soreness anymore that I used too. No matter how hard I push, I wake up the next morning as if I had been watching TV all day. I always used to feel a good stiffness and soreness which felt kinda good. I have tried mixing up my training program and using new exercises, but I still train with no pain.. Is it possible that I do recover extremely fast and that I should in fact increase the intensity of my program in terms of training days and exercises. Can you still grow and not feel any soreness?? Confused. James. Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Share what you know. Learn what you don't.

Muscle soreness is not necessary for growth.  If you have been training for any length of time you should not get sore.  Most soreness occurs when training is first started or associated with injury.  Don't sweat the lack of soreness.

You can grow without soreness but the question is ARE you growing without soreness?  You are keeping track of your measurements, right? You might not be getting sore because you've been following the same routine too long.  The bottom line is to keep changing things up every 6-8 weeks so that your body doesn't become acclimated to your routine. Try changing up the number of sets/reps, the amount of rest time between exercises, the actual exercises that you do, go to a 3 or 4 day split, etc. etc. Watson (the pencil neck) Davis
